📦 Ordering & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days (7–10 for remote pincodes). You'll receive tracking details by email/SMS once shipped.

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping is FREE for orders of ₹499 or more. Orders below ₹499 have a flat ₹100 delivery charge.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD is available for eligible pincodes. Any COD charges will be shown at checkout before you place your order. Please keep the exact amount ready at delivery.

Do you ship outside India?

Not yet — we currently deliver only within India.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as it hasn't been packed or shipped. Email connect@robinbosky.com with your order number as soon as possible.

How do I pick the right size?

Choose from the available size options shown on the product page. If you're unsure, WhatsApp or call us at +91 99443 88872 before ordering.

What fabric are the leggings made of?

Soft, breathable 4-way stretch cotton-lycra, knitted and stitched in our own facility in Tiruppur — full opacity, batch-tested for colour fastness.

How should I wash my leggings?

Machine or hand wash cold with mild detergent. Don't bleach or wring. Dry inside-out in shade to keep colours rich.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

7 days from delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags and original packaging. Email connect@robinbosky.com or call/WhatsApp +91 99443 88872 with your order number to start — please don't ship anything back without contacting us first.

Can I exchange for a different size or colour?

Yes — contact us within 7 days of delivery at connect@robinbosky.com or +91 99443 88872. Exchanges are subject to stock availability; if unavailable, we'll offer a refund or store credit.

When will I get my refund?

Within 7–10 business days to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.

I received a damaged or wrong item — what do I do?

Email connect@robinbosky.com or call +91 99443 88872 immediately with photos/video of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund — return shipping for our errors is on us.
