Robinbosky currently ships orders within India only.

Shipping charges

We offer free shipping on orders of ₹499 or more. Orders below ₹499 have a flat delivery charge of ₹100.

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for eligible orders and locations. Any COD charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you place the order.

Order processing and dispatch

Most Robinbosky products are ready stock.

Orders are normally dispatched within 24 working hours.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery timelines

After dispatch, orders are usually delivered within 3-7 business days.

Delivery to remote areas, interior locations, or locations affected by courier limitations may take 7-10 business days or longer.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, festivals, strikes, public holidays, customer unavailability, incorrect address details, or other events outside our control.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or through the order tracking page, depending on the available courier update.

Incorrect or incomplete address

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, phone number, and pincode while placing your order.

Robinbosky is not responsible for delivery delay, failed delivery, or return of shipment caused by incorrect or incomplete address details, wrong phone number, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, failed delivery, or customer unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping.

Cash on Delivery orders

COD availability depends on courier serviceability and order eligibility.

We may cancel COD orders if the address, phone number, pincode, or order details cannot be verified.

Please keep the exact payable amount ready at the time of delivery if required by the courier partner.

Lost, damaged, or delayed shipments

If your order is significantly delayed, damaged in transit, or marked delivered but not received, contact us at Connect@robinbosky.com or +91 99443 88872.

We will coordinate with the courier partner and help resolve the issue as per the courier investigation and our internal review.

International shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time.
